About Arnetta

 For more than 50 years Arnetta has been conducting its business in accordance with entrepreneurial ability and passion for fashion.

Key element to the company’s business evolution is the ability to foresee the market’s trends, both from the production development and the planning/distribution profile.

The company’s core business has remained unchanged. Fashion and its several market places.

 

Currently, the company works in the infant, children and teenagers apparel sector, selling more than 4 million pieces yearly among outerwear, underwear and footwear segments.

 

 

 

Arnetta focuses its business to any needs of its customers, moreover the company

is official licensee for Disney brands and has been awarded as “ Best Licensee of the year 2009”.

 

 

 

For more than  a decade Arnetta  has been specializing in the cartoons field and currently produces and distributes Disney, Snoopy, Spider-man, Tom&Jerry, Scooby-doo, Pink Panther, Flor, Popeye and il Mondo di Patty brands.

 

 

 

 

History

Historical foundation of the company is dated back to 1957, when the owner Mr. Michele Ferrara decided to run business into women socks sector, opening first a company called “Confezioni Anna” which became later “ Calzificio Anna”.

When some years later the company is renamed Texilanna, its business is oriented to apparel  and  male/female  underwear segment.

At the end of the 70S the owner decides to buy the firm Arnetta, so the company takes now the

new name of Arnetta s.r.l.  dealing also with children underwear segment.

Foreseeing the future Italian distribution channels Arnetta is selling also to the GDO.

The company develops its business year after year creating new joint –ventures  and factories both in Italy and abroad.

Arnetta becomes the leading firm of a group of companies named Arnetta, Polifin and Linfleur which are able to offer a complete range of products  in the men and women underwear segment and a significant range of apparel for infant, children and teenagers.

In the 80S the owner’s daughters joined in Arnetta’s  working team with the aim of guaranteeing  the business future.

                        

 

 

In 2001 Arnetta obtains the license to manufacturing and selling Disney brand for children’ s wear. In 2006 Arnetta is able to offer a widened range of products including accessories such as shoes.In the same year Arnetta's head office in Monza is being developed on a total premises area of 9000 sqm.

 

Moreover,  the company signs an agreement with the United Features Syndicates for the manufacturing and selling of Snoopy children and teenagers underwear and apparel.

To support the launch of the Snoopy collection , in 2007 Arnetta s.r.l. starts up an advertising campaign including the sponsorship of an Italian soccer team playing in D division championship, the sponsorship of the morcycle racer called Max Manzo in the World Supermotard Championship and Italian Supermoto Championship and sponsoring the rally team Parma Rally Spprt in the Italian Rally Championship.

                                  

Beginning of 2008 Arnetta obtains from Marvel the SPIDER-MAN license to manufacturing

 and selling underwear and apparel for children and teenagers, whose products are being launched on the market for the autumn/winter collection 2008-2009.


 

In 2009 Arnetta commercialized the new brands of Tom&Jerry, Scooby-Doo, the Pink Panther and Il mondo di Patty.

The Company’s strategy is to develop business in the children fashion segment, strengthening the existing lines and eventually introducing new co-operation.  Arnetta still has a long way to go but our enthusiasm and passion for fashion remain strong.
